We live, we die and then we rot six feet under. The bummer of a reality has never failed to appeal to Indians. The 73 percent of our population, who believe in afterlife, believe in GHOSTS. Although it is comparatively rarer, a sizable portion of Indians believe hell exists, and one day they might have to take that trip.
But somehow the same portion of Indians, don’t believe in the existence of ghosts, spirits or unearthly figures. Some people believe, feeling a presence around them is something they must learn to live with.
According to Paranormal Investigative of India (PII), more than one-fifth of Indians believe they’ve seen ghost. Just remember, to believers, no explanation is required (we feel you); to the non-believers, none will suffice. For these believes, we researched and tried to figure, the presence of a ghost or a spirit around - and in the process of researches we have learnt a few facts which we are sharing.
- A knock from within the wall. Especially if the knocking continues for 3 consecutive times, run the hell out from your home.
- A sudden and unexpected drop in Temperature. No, that’s not the a/c; it’s the unearthly presence around you.
- The feeling of someone touching you when no one is around.
- A feeling of someone is watching you while you’re all alone. Not your stalker, that’s a ghost.
- Getting Goose bump for no reason is a good reason to believe that ‘they’ are around.
- Items disappearing only to reappear at a place you don’t leave them at.
- A glimpse of unexpected shadow from the corner of your eye. Isn’t that spooky?
- When you hear someone calling your name and when you turn back nobody is around.
- The sound of footsteps when you are all alone.
- An unexpected smell, good or foul.
- Your cat or dog staring blankly at something, then all of a sudden gets all spooked. This is a sign that something is not right.
