Most of us think that eating less will help us reduce our weight so, as a tactic of doing so we take lesser quantity of food in a small plate. Sadly, this doesn’t trick the brain in eating less. It rather makes us eat more because every time we eat our brain judges the quantity of the food as a small portion and thus, we end up hogging even more than usual.
The trick of reducing weight is eating the right portion of the meal in turns or intervals of 2 - 3 hours. We should divide the quantity of our meal and eat on regular intervals of 2 – 3 hours including carbohydrates, proteins, fibre to our diet.
