He was promptly taken to K.D. Hospital in Ahmedabad, where it was revealed that he suffered from dehydration and a heat stroke due to the excessive heat. Sources reported that Khan felt unwell amid the intense heat at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad. With symptoms worsening, including heat stroke and dehydration, it was decided to admit him to the hospital without delay.
Fans expressed their concern on social media as news of his hospitalisation spread rapidly. However, in a recent interview, Shah Rukh Khan's co-star and co-owner of the Kolkata Knight Riders, Juhi Chawla, reassured fans that he is now doing much better. If all goes well, he may even attend the Indian Premier League final match scheduled for this Sunday.
On Tuesday, the Narendra Modi Stadium witnessed a face-off between the Kolkata Knight Riders and Hyderabad. Kolkata emerged victorious, securing a spot in the final with eight wickets in hand. Shah Rukh Khan was present at the stadium, and after Kolkata's win, he was seen doing a victory lap on the field. Accompanying him were his daughter Suhana, son Abram, Ananya Panday, and Shanaya Kapoor.
