Know the Healthier One: Tea Bags or Tea Leaves

Honestly speaking, tea and Indians share an unbreakable bond. This favourite beverage can easily be consumed at any point of time throughout the day. Tea is undoubtedly a rich source of micronutrients.

According to many nutritionists, if someone is craving some authentic tea then it is always suggested to have tea bags instead of tea leaves. Excessive brewing can, in fact, raise the pH level, causing a number of health hazards.

As the tea bags are cut into smaller pieces, this enhances the extraction process on the whole. Brewing results in a more bioactive compound and stronger taste but unfortunately affects the pH level of the tea.
