India's captain, Ruturaj Gaikwad, decided to take charge by choosing to bowl first on the Chinese pitch. The decision paid off as Ravishrinivasan Sai Kishore took the first wicket by dismissing Mahmudul Hasan Joy. Soon after, Bangladesh lost two more wickets in quick succession, struggling to build any substantial partnerships throughout the match.

From the beginning, Bangladesh found themselves losing wickets consistently. They couldn't muster a significant partnership against the Indian bowlers. Even before reaching the 50-run mark, half of their team had returned to the pavilion.

Playing for India, Sai Kishore claimed three wickets, and Washington Sundar took two. The Indian spinners proved to be a formidable challenge, accounting for eight of Bangladesh's wickets, with Shahbaz Ahmed being the only Bangladeshi spinner to take a wicket.

Meanwhile, Bangladesh's batting lineup struggled to put up a competitive score, with Jakir Ali being their highest scorer with just 24 runs. Parvez Hossain managed to contribute 23 runs, but in the end, Bangladesh fell short of any substantial partnerships, finishing with just 14 runs for the loss of six wickets.

Turning to India's innings, they started with the opening pair of Yashasvi Jaiswal and Ruturaj Gaikwad. However, Yashasvi Jaiswal failed to make an impact in this match, getting dismissed for a duck. But it was Ruturaj Gaikwad and Tilak Verma who played exceptionally well, ensuring India's victory. Ruturaj scored an unbeaten 40 runs, while Tilak contributed 55 runs.

After the triumph of the Indian women's cricket team at the Asian Games, it's now the turn of the men's team to shine. With their spot secured in the final, India is eyeing the gold medal in cricket at the Asian Games.

In the upcoming final, Ruturaj's team will face Afghanistan, promising an exciting showdown for cricket enthusiasts. The final is scheduled for Saturday, and cricket fans can't wait to witness this thrilling encounter.
