Now you can get a new type of Chocolate which is “Pink” in colour. Swiss Chocolate maker Barry Callebaut has come up with “Pink Chocolate” concept. Ruby chocolate, as it is being called has been in development in their labs for the past 13 years, and the wait is over. Pink Chocolate, will hit the supermarket shelves in six months. The new millennial food, the Ruby chocolate is now slowly taking the social media and it is really hard to keep calm. All we want is to devour the goodness.
The flavour of Pink chocolate described as “a tension between berry-fruitiness and luscious smoothness”. The ruby cocoa gives the chocolate a pink hue with no added preservatives and adulteration. Callebaut hopes that the pink chocolate would become as popular as the dark, white and milky chocolate in near future. “It's natural, colourful and hedonistic, there's an indulgence aspect to it. But it keeps the authenticity of the chocolate”, added Company's CEO- Antoine de Saint-Affrique.
