Follow MSD’s Diet Chart to stay Hale and Hearty

We practically know almost everything about our former Indian captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni. But are you aware of his fitness diet? What actually keeps him healthy and fit to excel in those brilliant shots?

  1. In his breakfast, he keeps one fruit for everyday; especially banana.
  2. Dry fruits along with a glass of milk are must in his diet chart.
  3. Dhoni is deeply in awe with chicken. He prefers chicken tikka and butter chicken most of the time for lunch.
  4. More than anything else, Dhoni loves including dal-roti and salad in his diet.
  5. For evening snacks, he includes yogurt and chicken sandwich.
  6. He prefers taking light food for dinner. Dinner includes vegetable salad, chapathi, and fresh fruits.
  7. Dhoni prefers homemade food. He avoids fast foods under any circumstances, whatever his eponymous movie might suggest.
  8. Before hitting the gym, he takes fruit juice and protein supplements for better results.
