After much anticipation, the grand unveiling of 'Bhavani Pathak', adapted from Bankim Chandra Chattopadhyay's iconic novel 'Devi Chowdhurani', has finally graced the silver screen. Renowned director Shubhrajit Mitra, known for his adventurous filmmaking style, brings this long-awaited tale to life. The news of its production has been circulating for quite some time, spearheaded by Edited Motion Pictures Production, Edited Motion Pictures, and ELQK Arts Collective, igniting excitement among fans.

Actress Srabanti Chatterjee takes on the titular role of 'Devi Chowdhurani'; her look was unveiled earlier, captivating audiences with its authenticity. Another pivotal character, 'Bhavani Pathak', played by none other than the versatile actor Prosenjit Chatterjee, adds depth to the narrative. Fans eagerly awaited the reveal of his appearance, which has now revealed.

The second installment of the shoot, set against the backdrop of Birbhum, commenced recently, with actor Bumba Da joining the cast. The entire team, including Srabanti and other talented actors, is gearing up for rigorous schedules, starting as early as 4 a.m.
