Durgapur’s Monu Did An Amazing Work By Creating A Replica Of Chandrayaan

Proud Moment For Durgapur. ‘Chandrayaan’ flew from West Bengal! Yes, you heard that right. Choton Ghosh, also known as Monu, a resident of GopalMath in Durgapur, created an amazing incident. He, along with his friends, created this Chandrayaan replica to honour ISRO and also flew it in the sky.

On July 14, ISRO launched Chandrayaan-3 for the third time from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Srihari Kota. After that, Chandrayaan-3 reached the earth's orbit in just 45 minutes after the successful launch.

Choton Ghosh is a decorator and florist by profession. However, the practise of mechanics was longstanding. He has always loved to research various things related to science since childhood. He had previously surprised everyone by making various kinds of amazing things. He has been in the news headlines many times for creating various new things. A few days ago, he built a 10-seat electric motorcycle.

According to Choton Ghosh and his friends, they used various materials, including thermocouples, rods, and plywood, to make this Chandrayaan Replica. A Gas and fire system was used to fly this Chandrayaan Replica made by them. A remote control was used to fly the rocket. Choton Ghosh connected the remote system with his phone. They claimed that their rocket could fly more than 30 feet in the sky.

Many people gathered to watch the Chandrayaan Replica launch. The entire Durgapur congratulated them after seeing such wonderful work.
