There was a sudden outburst of a post regarding the remake of the Hollywood milestone “Titanic” in Bengali film industry by Raj Chakraborty featuring Dev and Rukmini as Jack and Rose respectively. The actors were terribly mocked and trolled since few days in numerous social media. Finally, on 28th November 2017, at 12.11am Rukmini Maitra posted on her official twitter account that she and Dev is no way related to any remake of Titanic. She added that she feels entertained for this post and thanked to whoever has posted it. Replying to that Aniket Chattopadhyay, director commented that “they don’t know abt James Bond series remake which u wl be doing shortly.”
Celebs today enjoy the rumours pretty sportingly as they believe that negative publicity is also a sort of publicity. No matter what, they are into the minds of the common people and getting discussed. That is probably the motto of any artiste today.
