A Walk to Remember

A Walk to Remember by Nicolas Sparks is about exploring love in spite of the uncertainties that life has planned for the ones in love. Landon, one of the two protagonists falls head over heels for Jamie who is the actual narrator of the story. The couple fights odds and stands by each other till Jamie breathes her last.

Two states

Chetan Bhagat's Two States is a novel which highlights the diverse cultures of two states of India. Two people from totally opposite cultures fall in love and gets married after going through hardest of times in convincing the parents to accept the cultures and allow them to live their “happily ever after.”

Fifty Shades of Grey

The book written by E.L James consists of two protagonists, Christian Grey who is an established business magnate and Anastasia Steele who is just a graduate and comes to interview Christian Grey and they get entangled in a kind of affair which is not a fairytale kind of love.

 The Boat-Wreck

Written by Rabindranath Tagore, one of the most famous poets and novelists of India, the novel is a love trick that life plays on Kamala and Ramesh. Kamala who is actually Ramesh's wife, who he has never seen is mistaken with another woman with whom Ramesh falls in love. The Boat-Wreck has even been made into a movie in Bengali called “Noukodubi.”

Fault in Our Stars

 One of the most touching love novels ever would surely be Fault in Our Stars written by John Green. The story revolves around two cancer patients who fall in love and decide upon living together with each other for the rest of their lives. All they have in common is love for a particular author and a cancer support group. The reader will get to experience every minute of life and the love that Hazel and Augustus share.
