Subarna Dey, Arohi's mother, stated the reasons for her daughter's early admission to yoga. She said that Arohi has always had a beautiful physique and has been restless since she was young. She was great at twisting her body in different ways. When her father saw it, he admitted that she should begin practising yoga. First in the neighbourhood club, and then admitted to yoga guru Gauranga Babu.

Arohi is a fifth-grade student at Rishi Aurobindo Memorial Academy School in Dumdum. Earlier, she participated in many yoga competitions and won many prizes.
