As we adieu winter, there is summer season which has now knocked on ours doors. Many of us dislike summer season due to various reasons as in sweating, loss of energy and dehydration which makes us feel miserable at times .So to wrap it up “Eat less and drink more” that’s the theory to survive this miserable weather.

This summer to keep you body and energy level boosted, get going with 3 simple tips:

  1. Intake of maximum water

Though it is commonly advised to drink 7 to 8 glasses of water per day but often we are so engrossed in our daily work that sometimes we miss a chance to gulp enough water. Therefore you feel exhausted and sluggish and are incapable of working. The best way to make yourself mindful of drinking water is to set a reminder on your phones. Sugar water or glucose is also beneficial to fight dehydration.

  1. Fruits and Veggies to relish on in Summer

Normally, we don’t prefer having heavy meals in summer. Then have Watermelon, Celery, Cucumbers, Strawberries, Grapes, Papaya and Mangoes which gives you refreshment. Watermelon has calcium and magnesium which helps to restore fluids in the body. Cucumbers are good at flushing out the toxins out of our body and keeping you hydrated. Remember to have these fresh fruits daily because most of the fruits and vegetables constitute 95% of water.

The next time you feel lethargic because of heat, grab a fresh made juice. Have juice during the breakfast or in the afternoon. Juices of mango, sugarcane, watermelon, lemon, mosambi has a lot of health benefits.
