14th Kolkata Short Film Festival grabs the Bengali Mindset

14^th Kolkata short film festival has gained due reputation by now within a very short span of time just because of its unique feature and the responsibilities it has taken for the good to the art lovers. The daily screening is going on at 3pm and 5.45pm. The festival started on 10^thDecember 2017 and will continue till 16^th December 2017.
