Actor Rudranil Ghosh shares his story on Jiyo Bangla

Rudranil Ghosh is known for his impeccable performance in Bengali cinema. Ghosh has contributed a lot to the Bengali entertainment industry with his intense and diverse character portrayals. His 2006 film ‘Refugee’ acted as a turning point in his acting career, where he worked alongside veteran actor Prosenjit Chatterjee. Some of his iconic films include Vinci Da, Bibaho Obhijaan, Kedara and Satyanweshi Byomkesh among others. He was also seen in Zombiesthaan and Thai Curry. Born and brought up in Howrah, he had completed his education in Howrah itself. Ghosh has initially been an active theatre artist and even had his own theatre group ‘Podokkhep’ before joining the film industry. A fact that is not known to all is Ghosh is an amazing painter apart from being an iconic actor.
