Unveiling of ‘Traversing through the Epic, Predicting the Curve’ by Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar

Shri Santosh Kumar Gangwar, Minister of State for Labour and Employment unveiled the CREDAI –JLL study ‘Traversing through the Epic, Predicting the Curve’. As many as 1000 developers and the other government bigwigs became the integral part of the event. On 22nd March 2018 CREDAI Conclave - Real Estate 2.0, Embracing Change’, took place at Hotel Taj Diplomatic Enclave in New Delhi.

The best part of the entire event, was that West Bengal found a pretty good participation with almost over 25-member developers. CREDAI conclave focussed on new opportunities for the stakeholders and they are highly satisfied with their new policy framework, predominant mainly in India. Various industries were also addressed regarding the issues of land financing for building houses. Concern was raised to the current GST structure on the construction projects.
