After Hon’ble Chief Minister of West Bengal Smt. Mamata Banerjee’s intervention, the internal conflict within Television Industry finally stopped. The shooting of Bengali television series is all set to start from Friday morning after the five-day break.
The CM called for a meeting on 23rd August at Nabanna, where she heard all the grievances of the Artists forum and the producer. All the differences between the artists and the producers have been solved. It is assured that the due payments will be taken care of. From 24th August the shooting will resume and it will be telecasted on 27th August. Veteran actors Soumitra Chatterjee and Prosenjit Chatterjee attended the meeting with Minister Aroop Biswas.
