On 25th May, 2018 Ace Indian Percussionist, Shri Bickram Ghosh launches the Tech Hub’s First Molecular Gastronomy Club Sly Fox Gastro Club, a grand 4535 square feet outlet located in the heart of the tech hub of the city at Globsyn Crystals, Sector V, Salt Lake. This was a joint initiative by Mr. Karan Chhawchharia and Mr. Rahul Dalmiya, Owners of SLY FOX Gastro Club. Sly Fox Gastro Club focusses in creating fusion palates and drinks which smoothly blends the unusual with classy.

Speaking on the occasion Mr. Karan Chhawchharia and Mr. Rahul Dalmiya, Owners of SLY FOX Gastro Club said, “From office goers to friends, families and couples coming for quality time – we want to provide memorable dining experience cocooned in pocket friendly luxury. From a 6 course Lunch Buffet to a newly introduced British style High-Tea, everything is available here. The A-la-Carte menu is beautifully customized to satisfy every taste bud. To complete the evening on a wonderful note, we have DJs playing every night who transforms the whole place from Elegant dining to Musical Soiree.”

Chef Naresh Bokka (Executive Chef) and Mr. Amit Banerjee (General Manager) was appointed as the Executive Chef and General Manager, both with a vast experience of food and beverage industry. With a wide selection of Veg, Non-Veg Kebabs, Sharable Appetizers, variety of Steak Meals, and twist to classic recipes of Jhalmoori to Homemade Khichdi to inventive Craft Drinks to Fusion Foods – they have everything available to tantalize the food lover’s taste buds.
