The closing ceremony of the 10th Edition of Realty Expo 2017 organized by Confederation of Real Estate Developers' Associations of India (CREDAI) Bengal was held at the Netaji Indoor Stadium today. The evening witnessed the glamorous presence of Renowned Tollywood Actress Paoli Dama long along with Mr Siddharth Arya，Member，CREDAI Bengal, Exhibition Committee，Mr Kumar Patodia, Member, Credai Bengal, Exhibition Committee, Sanjuckta Ghosh Dastidar, Assistant Secretary General, CREDAI Bengal and Suparna Dey Ghosh, Additional Secretary，CREDAI Bengal.
The largest property fair in Eastern India came to an extraordinary end with the Tollywood Actress handing out prizes to the Top Three Categories of the Best Stalls at the 2017 Expo in the presence of the CREDAI Bengal committee members.The Grand Winner was awarded to Srijan Realty Private Limited, the winner of the Best Managed Stall was Rajat Group while the Best Designed Stall Award was received by Arch Group.
The 10th Edition of Realty Expo saw participation from more than 40 Developers, Banks, Medium and Small Enterprises from across the state.Despite the effect of Demonetization and GST, the exhibition witnessed a surge in the visitors presence this year.
