The release of the first song from Srijit Mukherji's upcoming Bengali movie "Padatik" will be a significant milestone.
Renowned singers Arijit Singh and Sonu Nigam work together for the first time in the film's first song, "Tu Zinda Hai."
Director Srijit Mukherji took to social media to announce this exciting news, revealing that the song was penned by Shailendra and composed by Salil Chowdhury for the Indian People's Theatre Association. The song was heard in the movie's teaser, which has already captured the attention of many audiences.
Starring as Mrinal Sen is actor Chanchal Chowdhury, while Monami Ghosh will play the role Mrinal Sen's wife, Geeta Sen. The film will be produced by Firdausal Hasan.
Srijit Mukherji also announced that "Padatik" won the Best Feature Film award at the New York Indian Film Festival. On June 8, the song is scheduled to launch in Navina Cinema Hall at 10 a.m.
