Easy ways of getting rid of hair thinning: -
- Use a combination of 1 part Coconut Oil, 1 part Olive Oil, and ½ part Castor Oil. Oil and massage generously and rinse after 2 hours. Repeat this thrice a week.
- Do Balayam Yoga. (Nail Rubbing Exercise)
- Grate an onion and take out the juice and massage it on your scalp, keep for 15 minutes and then rinse it off. Repeat it at least twice a week.
- Try and do a headstand, it increases the blood circulation on the scalp and hence rejuvenates the hair follicles.
Maintain your diet and eat less oily food and junk food. Include green vegetables in your diet along with amla juice (gooseberry).
