Summers are painful. The scorching heat pulls out all the energy from the body. Therefore, it is very essential that we get the energy restored. Bengali’s are known as ‘Bhaat’ addicts. Give them ‘Bhaat’ and you shall own their heart. Well, not ‘Bhaat’ exactly; rather, ‘Paanta Bhaat’ is one of the best summer coolers that a Bengali chooses, especially if the ‘Panta Bhaat’ is served with ‘Massor Dal er bora’, onion and chillies.
