Chief Minister’s Trip to North Bengal

Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee will embark on a two day trip to Cooch Bihar on Monday. The CM is scheduled to inaugurate Utsav Auditorium on Monday. She will be holding an administrative review meeting in the same auditorium on Monday itself. The CM will be taking stock of the present situation of the on-going projects during the review meeting. The discussion will be stressing on development related issues of the district. She will also be opening a new DM office in the North Bengal district and attend a rally at Rashmela Ground on October 30.

This trip includes a public meeting during which she will distribute different benefits to the residents of Cooch Bihar. The CM is also going to lay the foundation stone of many more projects to ensure further development of the district.

While returning, the CM is scheduled to visit Siliguri where she will be holding a meeting regarding Uttar Kanya. According to the sources, Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee would once visit Gorumara in Jalpaiguri on Wednesday before visiting Siliguri.
