Realme will also be coming with an exclusive service center in Kolkata this year. The brand has exclusive service centers in Delhi, Mumbai, and Bhopal and plans to open 25 ESCs by the end of this year.
Commenting on the expansion, Madhav Sheth, chief executive officer of the company said, “Considering the rapidly growing customer demand towards realme C2, we are making the device available at our offline stores. Initially, the device was available for sale through Flipkart and our official website and saw a phenomenal response. The initiative is to fulfill our commitment to deliver the best consumer experience to our customers.”
