There is a story even behind the making of Sanju, which is a biopic on the life of actor Sanjay Dutt. Rajkumar Hirani, who is the director of the film was on the process of writing the script for ‘Munna Bhai Chale Amerika’ which is a sequel to Munna Bhai M.B.B.S and Laage Raho Munna Bhai. The director got so fascinated while hearing the story of actor Sanjay Dutt’s life that he left ‘Munna Bhai Chale Amerika’s’ script halfway and started writing the script for ‘Sanju’!
